Triple C's experienced sales representatives are equipped with state of the art (Palm) automated ordering devices. All orders are
instantaneous - it's as if you're standing in our own facility. Palms provide instant price updates, account information and sales
history as well as performance information enabling our sales reps to help you make critical product decisions. We also offer
the option of letting our customers use the Palms to place their orders - and as always, customers can still place orders by simply
contacting our customer service department or by facsimile.
Our customer service department is able to place your order Monday through Friday 8:00am to 5:00pm. Orders placed before 5:00pm on Monday
through Thursday will be delivered the next day. Friday orders will be delivered the following Monday.
Our facility is in operation 24 hours a day, five days a week to ensure your order.
Triple C's professional sales staff is available for your convenience; our representatives will visit your locations as often as
needed whether it's every other day, once a week, every two weeks or once a month. Our customer basis is very diverse and language is never
a barrier with Triple C.
Triple C offers several different order forms that can be customized for your order ease and convenience. Movement reports can be generated as
often as needed for any period of time. We keep one year of detailed invoice history and customer/product information for up to two years. The
information you needed to run your business is always at your fingertips as well as the expertise our sales reps provide. Triple C does not
print monthly statements because detailed customer account statements are available upon your request. Arrangements with our accounts receivable
department can be made to receive statements regularly or you can call as needed.
